As part of your Carnegie Hall Performance Tour, your group will receive marketing and promotional recognition prior to and during your Carnegie Hall Concert Performance.

Flyers promoting your concert will be distributed by Carnegie Hall in the lobby as early as 17 days before the concert.

On the evening before the concert, a 40” X 80” poster is placed outside of Carnegie Hall on West 57th Street near the lobby and front entrance. This poster details your group name and the time and date of your concert.

In addition, a Lobby card measuring 14” X 22” with your group name is posted in the main lobby the day of the event.

Your concert will be listed on the Carnegie Hall web site in the chronological calendar listing and on an event-specific web page at www.carnegiehall.org.

Carnegie Hall publishes a monthly concert calendar (known as the “snake”), Which is distributed principally in the lobby of Carnegie Hall, it is also mailed to subscribers and Carnegie Hall donors, as well as various hotel concierge and other outlets.

PLAYBILL concert programs will also be custom printed for your concert performance. These incredible keepsakes detail your organization, directors, performers, repertoire, and more!
